KOSUN Drilling Waste Management Can Greatly Promoted the Development of the Drilling Industry in Algeria

In recently, the KOSUN frontline production and shipping persons were finished the busy production finally, after the trucks are fully loaded with D355 centrifuges, cuttings dryers and Hi-G dryers were driving out of KOSUN factory, they are gratifying smiled. KOSUN Production Center carries out the “Safe and Efficient” production and service concepts once again, saving a lot of time for the customer.
 
In the beginning, one of KOSUN customers recommended by a local well-known drilling company, four new-type cuttings dryers (vertical centrifuges) had access to the blocks of its Drilling Waste Management Business Division. It's worth mentioning that the handling capacity and effects of the KOSUN above four dryers are as good as those of top international products, like cuttings dryer from MI-SWACO and CSI, and our equipments were highly recognized by the drilling service company. So, the customer temporarily placed another order from KOSUN of such eight sets of drilling waste management systems, including several D355 centrifuges, cuttings dryers, Hi-G dryers, etc.

After the agreement has been signed, KOSUN Production Center has remarkably completed the order and delivered the goods, although the task is tough and the time is urgent, so it is highly praised by the customer. The drilling company is looking forward to closer cooperation with KOSUN in the field of drilling waste management in Algeria.

Now, a large amount of waste is generated on well sites and is left in waste pits, during oil exploration and production. In the rainy season, when the waste pits leak, overflow or are inundated by rainwater, incompletely treated solid contents may bring adverse effects to underground water and surface water, endanger surrounding ecological environment or even result in pollution incidents. It is a significant task for current oil and gas field enterprises that how to adopt corresponding waste management technologies and how to minimize harm of waste drilling fluid to the environment. Up to now, various countries have different standards and legislation for drilling waste management worldwide.
 
Because of Algeria has a special national resource structure and its Oil Ministry attaches greater importance to drilling waste management, which offers an opportunity for KOSUN in further access to the Algerian drilling waste management market.
