This week, KOSUN’s shaker screens were shipped again by a most famous oil service company in Turkey.

 

Why we say “again”? It’s precisely because it’s not the first order with this company. From the first cooperation, the client was pretty satisfied with the quality and service of KOSUN’s product and team. They enlarged the order quantities and this shipment is some times bigger than the last purchase on May this year.

 

After the screens’ business, currently their VP is starting to talk about the needs of solids control equipment for their potential drilling project in East Europe. With rich experience of mud treating equipment supplying in region of Europe, like the solids control system for Poland’s national drilling company, shale shaker and mud cleaner have been provided to Germany’s drilling company, decanter centrifuges have been shipped to the most biggest oil service company in Italy etc, KOSUN’s team are certainly ready for their requirement. In the past 22 years, KOSUN has been manufacturing oilfield solids control screens for numerous OEM shaker equipment companies, such as Derrick, Brandt, M-I Swaco, Scomi, etc.

 

Entering 2014, KOSUN has established new company and warehouse in TX,U.S. By buying 51% shares of a very powerful local manufacturer that specializes in Shaker Screens, we establish business relation with them and start a new adventure. The technical engineers, quality engineers and production engineers working with us in KOSUN’s manufacturing plant in Xi’an. Right now, all of KOSUN’s screens do the American Standards and procedures strictly for processing and manufacturing. The completely new system for screens has been set up and put into use, that means the client will get the shaker screens of much higher quality, longer life and better handling performance.

 

In the near future, as for the client’s business located in North America, KOSUN will be able to delivery all the product which are 100% made-in-USA but of super lower price.

 

Last year, KOSUN and a partner in MEMA area agreed on conducting a replacement screen test both have agreed previously on the test methodology; “Conveyance Test, Screen Life Test, Dryness test.” Finally KOSUNS replacement screens has proved a good quality and reliability standing before Swaco, Brandt& Derrick’s screens in the trial test performed during an 8 days drilling activity of 12.25” hole, using API 70 and 80, 4 numbers each for 26.5 and 170 working hours respectively.
