How Does Oilfield Ignition Device Work ?

When it comes to the whole flare ignition system, firstly we need to connect flare igniter to vacuum degasser vent line. This will lead toxic gas to igniter safely through flare line or vent line, without any extension space for harmful gas. Then connect and switch on igniter currency converter also the voltage amplifier line.

Open the liquefied gas container and use the electronic igniter to ignite the pyrophoric pipe (the first-phase ignition); or directly open the pilot valve that vents gases and then ignite the pyrophoric pipe with the electronic igniter. ( the first-phase ignition ).

Open the gas-discharging gate and ignite the discharged gas with the burning pyrophoric pipe ( the second-phase ignition ).
