Description：
KOSUN Machinery LW series horizontal screw discharge sedimentation centrifuge is used for the separation of suspensions containing solid particles with a diameter of ≥2μm, as well as for the treatment of drilling mud and liquids. It is particularly effective for oil fields and industrial services, especially in environmentally sensitive areas. High recovery rate, effective solid-phase control, significantly reducing the cost of slurry replenishment and treatment. This series of centrifuges are equipped with precise dynamic balancing devices and can operate stably for a long time at a speed ranging from 0 to 3900RPM, generating a centrifugal force as high as 3000G.

2. Hard alloy screw propeller inserts, resistant to corrosion and wear, and easy to maintain.
3. Anti-wear-resistant screw propellers can be provided, and the discharge surface of the screw propeller is covered with a carbide wear-resistant layer.
4. Bearings of German FAG or Swedish SKF brands are adopted
5. Electrical components comply with the explosion-proof standards of Siemens/Schneider or the explosion-proof certification system of the International Electrotechnical Commission
