The coarse vibrating screen module is equipped with a coarse screen for cleaning large particles. The sand removal module is equipped with two desander hydrocyclones, and the mud removal module is equipped with six desilter hydrocyclones.Equipped with double layer screen as a bottom flow screen for desander and desilter hydrocyclone.

The slurry is treated by coarse vibrating screen and then falls into the collecting box, which is then transported to the sand removal module through the connecting groove. The desander pump is equipped with two
desander hydrocyclones with a diameter of 18" to remove the sand in the slurry; with six 6" diameter
desilter hydrocyclones for subsequent fine separation as required.
